Much like many HOA communities the house comes with a standard square or rectangle patio. The Harrigan’s wanted something more useable and unique that would tie in their back yard and give a little shine to their corner lot. With contrasting paver bonds, an inlaid fire pit and a built in grill and bar top this stone party space was a hit.
