Project Brief

Moving into a newly renovated historic home in the heart of Arlington. The Galvez family were met with a very old, very small and mismatched back yard. Denison reclaimed the existing lime stone, recycled the old deck and rebuilt their failing stack stone wall. After that a bluestone bar top accompanied with a 42” deck grill sat on their newly constructed outdoor dining area. The limestone was re used as a storage area after regrading the site and string lighting was added for a touch of effect.
