Social Media Manager/Communications Coordinator

The Denison Group is currently seeking a Corporate Communications Manager/Coordinator located in our Fort Washington, Maryland office.  This individual will handle communications for all three Denison Group brands.

Responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:  The qualified individual will play a central role in the management of systems and the production of copy for use in social media, outreach and corporate communications materials as follows:

Create engaging text, image and video content, facilitate online conversations with customers relating to questions and concerns, track, evaluate and report on the progress social media campaigns on a regular basis, managing the development and updating of Denison’s print collateral (brochures, booth, banners, etc.), Create editorial calendars and suggest new ways to attract prospective customers.

Requirements:  The qualified candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and in addition they will demonstrate:

Proven knowledge of print media and online communications, expertise in multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Understanding of Google Analytics, General search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, Experience with Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Exceptional written, copywriting, verbal and listening communication skills, Strong inter-personal skills, Strong presentation skills as well as exceptional analytical and reasoning abilities.

We would prefer someone with a familiarity with WordPress Content Management System (CMS) along with Photoshop and video editing skills, Ability to communicate in Spanish and experience working in the Green Industry.  Preferred but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
